He has managed, built, or developed over 350 projects across residential, commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use sectors โ€” representing more than $100 million in developed value.

Daniel launched Property for Equity after spending years watching property owners accept offers that significantly underpriced their land's development potential. He built the JV model to solve a problem he observed repeatedly in the market: motivated, experienced developers exist. Capital exists.
